Planning for an emergency should include the care and supplies for your service animal
The Phoenix Red Cross teamed up with PN Online for the month of September for Emergency Preparedness Awareness Month. This week we meet Gary Carp and his service dog, Trillby. Carp talks about some important points when forced to evacuate with a service animal.
