Eight U.S. Army members are on their way to Sochi, Russia
The 2014 Sochi Paralympics start Friday in Sochi, Russia. And eight Army members are a part of the 2014 U.S. Paralympic Team.
They include:
- Staff Sgt. Heath Calhoun (Clarkesville, Tenn.) – alpine skiing (veteran)
- Spc. Joel Hunt (Kokomo, Ind.) – alpine skiing (veteran)
- Sgt. Jen Lee (San Francisco) – sled hockey (active duty)
- Pfc. Patrick McDonald (Madison, Wis.) – wheelchair curling (veteran)
- Staff Sgt. Bryan Price (Belton, Mo.) – Nordic skiing (veteran)
- Staff Sgt. Rico Roman (Portland, Ore.) – sled hockey (veteran)
- Spc. Andy Soule (San Antonio) – Nordic skiing (veteran)
- Sgt. Jeremy Wagner (Nanakuli, Hawaii) – Nordic skiing (veteran)
