Before submitting a request, please check if the material to be used is copyrighted to another source; if so, permission must be obtained from the credited source rather than from PN Magazine or PN Online.
Permission requests must contain the following information:
Articles
- Author and title of the article
- Year, issue, and page number in which it appeared
- Purpose of reprint; for classroom use, include the school, teacher, course, and semester
- To whom (for whom) the material will be distributed
- If you have a deadline, please specify and we will do our best to meet it.
- Specify where you’d like it sent
Photos
- Photographer’s name
- Issue date and page number (describe which photo, if several appear)
- Purpose of reproduction
- To whom the reprint will be distributed
- How you’d like the image to be sent
- If you have a deadline, please specify and we will do our best to meet it.
- Please specify where to send the image(s)
